📄 XL CADDY Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of the XL CADDY and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of the original delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund:

You are allowed to use the XL CADDY to try it and see if it works for you, but it must be returned without excessive wear or damage. Items with significant signs of misuse, abuse, or damage may be rejected.

The item must be returned with all original packaging, including inserts, accessories, and documentation.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within approximately 5–10 business days.
