Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or upcoming product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and then charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our returns policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable on shipped items, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
