Pre-Orders

For XL CADDY pre-orders, your estimated ship date will be May 20, 2026, regardless of whether you select regular or express shipping at checkout. This date is an estimate only and is subject to change based on production and carrier timelines.

If there is a significant change to the estimated ship date, we will notify you by email using the address provided at checkout. If you would like to cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships, please request a cancellation by emailing us at hello@prsvri.com with your order number.

Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please take extreme care when entering your shipping details and verify your autofill information is correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at hello@prsvri.com. We will attempt to change the address before the order is processed; however, we cannot guarantee that we will catch the request before shipment.

If your order is shipped to the address originally provided, it is no longer the responsibility of XL CADDY. You must use the tracking number provided to contact USPS directly to attempt redirection or resolution. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (USPS) immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
