Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. We email tracking information when your order ships.

U.S. shipping options

Standard shipping is free on orders of $20 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Priority Mail is $8.99, with estimated delivery in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.

We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination and service selected. Shipping is available to eligible U.S. addresses shown at checkout.

Address changes and delivery issues

If you need to correct an address, email hello@prsvri.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee a change once the order is processed. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@prsvri.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
